Administrative Assistant - CLOSED

Reports to Director of Home Modification Services

Job Purpose

The purpose of this position is to provide assistance in the facilitation of services to Koremen LLC through assisting the Director with administering programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Clerical Responsibility

  • Answer and Direct Phone Calls

  • Auditing and Scanning Medicaid Files

  • Write and Distribute Email, Correspondence Memos, Letters, Faxes and Forms

  • Office Supply Request/Ordering

  • Provide General Support to Visitors

  • Managing Mail

Program Responsibility

  • Organize and Schedule Client Appointments

  • Client Follow-up after Appointments

  • Communication with Contractors

  • Team Meetings

Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications Wanted

  • Experience in Related Field

  • Specialized knowledge and training in the disability field

  • Writing proficiency

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products

Working Conditions

You will be working from our offices at 1050 E. 86th Street in Indianapolis. You will be given a computer and an office area (desk, chair, access to printer, phone, etc.).
